A loved beach by our neighbours of the Region of Murcia, it is one of the most visited beaches in summer since it is accessible to disabled people, it has a large car park and a children's play area on the sand and another play area in the water. The driftwood promenade surrounded by palm trees that skirts is a frequented area by people walking and cycling at any time of day.
This beach's main feature is its dune system, consisting of sand accumulations dragged by the sea breeze. These dunes reached 5 metres in height 30 years ago. They are currently undergoing a regeneration process.
