This beach receives its name because the Río Seco flowing into which serves as a guide for hikers who want to climb up to the natural area of Pinar de Campoverde on foot. From the sea promenade you can see the Roman quarries dated in the first and second centuries, which was used by the Romans to extract stone and to make several buildings.
